I would give negative 10stars if I could. The place is not clean, floor and tables were extremely sticky, there's a $10 fee if you leave food on your plate, with no option to takeaway any leftovers. Due to over booking there weren't a lot of food options and too bad if you're vegetarian cos the salad selection was a few saggy lettuce leaves. Jelly and the worst tinned fruit salad as a dessert - YUCK! Toilet facilities - ladies, do yourself a favour and go at home. The toilets were piled full of used and unflushed Toilet paper in one cubicle and the other Toilet seat had been peed all over. I asked to use the disabled toilet and was asked to take some serviettes in as there was no toilet paper in there. On top of that, severely under staffed and over filled.Never going back again. Hardly a step up from Happy Days.

Reasonable price Korean BBQ buffet. Busy as usual. Good selection of meats and cooked items. But taste average. As it is so busy, you can see plates and tables not cleared in time.

Visited this place for the first time on a Saturday for lunch. Go early (12-12.30pm) as it does get packed real quick. Booking is essential- ring a day ahead of your preferred day to visit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food options were great, lots of meat options available such as pork belly, lamb, beef and chicken variations. They had two seafood options (spicy squid & basa fillet). Kimchi was fresh and delicious. Lots of other food already cooked aswell. Small dessert options - the chocolate cake was lovely. Try your barbequed meat with the spicy soy sauce, so good. Great experience, would go back again for lunch.

Awesome food. Heaps to select from me and some friends went there and it was great. Make sure to bring an appetite if you leave a lot of leftovers you pay.

With the price increase of $35.00 quite disappointing, no lettuce refill had to request, no more coffee again requested for it even serviettes. Food though yummy particularly the fried chicken. We came for a family dinner.

Heaps of option to choose from but I wanted prawns but there was none so decided to eat all the food I got first. When I finished I wanted someone to change the oil paper on the grill which I’ve already used twice but I literally couldn’t find any one available.I was pretty full so I just left. The price was $38 since today was a public holiday day. I definitely didn’t eat worth the price but I saw other people did.The place is quite bustling with little staff.Hope you get more hands soon.

Enjoyed my visit here...food was excellent - meat, veges and sides were all fresh and plentiful. I also noticed prawns which you don't often see at a buffet. As usual at a Korean bbq buffet, they had a good range of ready cooked sides like fried rice, fries, Korean fried chicken (KFC but better than 'the colonel's' chicken), japchae...They also had little pieces of chocolate cake available for dessert, as well as Korean ice creams for just an extra $1 each.Water was available too, on a help yourself basis, at no extra charge.We arrived around 5.30pm and it was bustling, but the food was kept stocked up.It's in a nice, central location in Manukau with parking just outside.

This is first time our family visiting, staffs here served us very friendly and helpful.Price is reasonable. There are so many kind of meats, because we are meats lover:)) Taste is so yummy, cant wait to come next time. I posted a lot of photos here who keens to have a look:)Highly recommended!!!

First time at this branch, it wasn’t really the same as what I’ve experienced at other branch. Not much marinated meats, it was mostly spicy options available and half my family had to settle with just honey soy chicken or the steak or plain pork belly as everything else was spicy marinade.We found that alot of the side Dishes were empty or had just scraps left. They weren’t really refilling them. Most disappointing one was the lettuce, it was only refilled once during our whole seating time. But it was all broken lettuce we couldn’t even get wholeOr even half lettuce to put meats on. Also, The mussels I had were so rubbery and chewy.Customer service was good, one of the chefs had come out and engaged in a conversation with our family which made the customer service better. Perhaps the floor staff can pick a few pointers of from him as he was friendly and bubbly!I think for the price you pay now you’d think the ice blocks would be included under dessert as you find at a lot of the other Korean Bbq places. But it’s an extra $1. Dessert options were very limited need more options. Anyways overall experience was ok. But don’t think we would come back.

The meat to cook at the table is alright but the cooked food isn't the best for a buffet. The lady at the front was nice, but the cost is a bit pricey for what you get.
