Probably the best experience we have had with work done in our home. From start to finish everything was dealt with promptly, and with patience when we were choosing. Milton came and explained all the options and was really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Matt made the actual laying of the vinyl planking so much less stressful then I had imagined. It was really organised so we knew which areas to clear and where to keep the dogs while he was here, he is so cheerful and helpful and worked really hard to get it all finished, floor looks amazing, so glad we came to you!

We were delighted with the service provided! A knowledgeable senior staff member met with us within 24 hours of requesting a quote at our home, followed by an excellent follow-up consultation at the showroom to provide us with flooring options. Scheduling the install went smoothly and we were very impressed with the skill and professionalism of the installer. Questions were answered promptly and the price was very competitive. We love our new floors and wanted to say thank you to the whole staff for a job well done!

Recommend floating laminated flooring any day of the week definitely has improved the look of inside of house. Also think budget wise you can't go wrong.

We had our house fully re-carpeted including getting carpet added to our garage. The entire process of selecting the underlay and carpet for us was seamless. The carpet layer was amazing and had the entire house done in a few days. It has made such a difference to our house.

Engineered wood was installed in the open plan, dining/living area of my house, replacing the existing carpet. The whole process was made more manageable and less stressful thanks to the Flooring Xtra team. From Thomas, my go-to person from the start, to the in-store staff, to Dan and his installers: always helpful, client-centred, knowledgeable, patient with my many questions and pleasant. The result is great - even the dog seems to like it! Thank you all.
