Wilsons Traffic Management

Contracted Wilsons to repaint lines in our carpark... they subcontracted to a smaller operator, who completed the work in a timely fashion - great guys and a great job doneOne of the repainted lines failed within 72 hours of the job. Contacted Wilsons immediately and sent photos. Dan from Wilsons arrived earlier this morning (over a week later) and immediately made this a me problem" citing all manner of reasons and Excuses why the work failed

The customer service is very poor and only care about money in they pockets, I mean I understand use like your money but giving great customer service will provide you top dollar, If you could cater your customer service properly and look after your workers to a very great standard then maybe I will provide a 5 starYesterday I had seen a man who waved to me as I drove through I had parked my car and approached him as I've been looking for a great customer provided traffic management crew to take on a big project that I have coming up, I wanted to speak to him and he made me feel as if maybe i have found the right traffic management crew, I had asked him what his name was who I believe his name was Vincent whom looked very uncomfortable in the PPE he was wearing but he did not seem to be bothered he was very kind and how he had spoken to me was amazing, I had driven through the site and seen the STMS sitting in her work vehicle and seen the TC on paddle which I didn't manage to speak to but was very bubbly and both TC's where waving out to every car which I felt was super awesome. I am just writing you a review to appreciate the people that take alot of abuse especially the people on the paddles, If i could have use join my project the two Tc's on the paddle will be who i would have on my site, thank you for reading I know this may sound rank but I feel the need to put that out there,Kind regardsDesmond Patrick

Can not speak highly enough of Wilsons Traffic Management. Their Traffic Management coordination for our community event went well above our expectations. Their communication leading up to the event and on the night was extremely efficient. No request from us was ever made to feel like a task from Sam. He just got on and did it without hesitation. Would highly recommend Wilsons Traffic Management to anyone requiring Traffic Management Coordination. An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Parked my work car on Makora Street just after 7am, come back a few hours later around 11:30 to this company about to tow it away.There was no signs warning about construction or no parking during that day, and no road cones to let people know not to park there.Absolutely unprofessional and sketchy to just tow peoples cars away without warning or legal reason to do so.Will be informing the council

Great business, prompt and easy to deal with

Ford Ranger NTJ900 swerving in and out of traffic at 135kms , not a great look in a sign written vehicle. Not the first time I've witnessed this behavior.If this is how you manage traffic it's sub par
