Be aware and do your research before purchasing here!11 days ago we visited this dealership to look at a vehicle my husband had seen on their website. He’d done his research and the vehicle stacked up well. Very happy with this purchase.While we were in the showroom we were tempted into upgrading our other vehicle. We received a realistic trade for the car we arrived in and once again very happy with the car we purchased. Also happy with the assistance we received in financing our second purchase.Unfortunately we didn’t take the time to do our market research into the new price of the second car, believing the sales person who told us it was market value, minus the clean car rebate (already paid to ‘original purchaser’) and only 400km on the clock. We were also told this car would not be available new until 2024. Today we saw the same car, new, at the Toyota dealership for $3000 less, if we had waited and purchased this we would also have been able to claim the clean car rebate, so we are approximately $6000 out of pocket.This dealership offers price matching within 7 days of purchase, we are day 11, and have been informed there will be no compensation.We still love our new car, but it’s lost some of its shine.We will not purchase here again nor recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic experience. We are from out of town and we’re very impressed with the level of communication from Darren and Pravneel.
