Frothing not working properly on Delonghi Magnifica coffee machine. Paid $85 for inspection" which I was advised would take about a week due to being busy. Fair enough. Inspection to include a clean internally that may well fix the issue. A week and a half later after chasing them up got feedback that no issue found

I highly recommend the team at Albany . After a few initial issues Patrick, the head of operations, looked after the servicing of my Breville coffee machine. The service was above and beyond .They were open to working with me in regards to how I brew my coffee and the beans I use.They understand how to brew correctly , on top of the electrical service . Can’t recommend them enough . Thanks team !!!

My mixer was fixed (evidently). I got it out to use and the motor fell out. There is no replacement/fix because it's old. I was told that this would have been explained to me. I never received any calls or emails that were supposedly sent. I had to phone every day for a week to see what was happening with it... now hundreds of dollars later the mixer is dead.

Worst maintenance experience ever. Just picked up my still broken Sharp microwave after paying $65. Asked them to return it after they could’t even give me a quote after 23 days. Their communication was terrible and I had to contact them numerous times to get an update. They never took the initiative to contact me to explain the delay. Go to somebody else.
