She found great tenants for our rental properties, keeps us informed of any maintenance issues and handles all communications professionally and quickly. Julia Day was highly recommended to us by our agent Debby Turner from Tall Poppy. From my very first phone call, we seem to have hit the right note !!! Julia has been extremely helpful and forthcoming with ideas etc. to make the process as smooth as possible. She has kept us updated on a regular basis and made very useful suggestions. Jack is a very accommodating and professional property manager. From the beginning, he responded quickly to maintenance requests and issues were remedied promptly. My husband and I were extremely grateful for being allowed our greyhound at the property in addition to a flatmate's dog. Jack was very understanding when our circumstances changed and made the process easy and painless. Jack is by far the best property manager we have had (let's be honest - most don't show a lick of compassion or understanding), and I hope other property managers will learn from his outstanding example. Keep up the good work!

I had Julia Day as my property manager at my home in Otaki Beach. I hadn't intended to be a landlord or rent out my house, so having someone to look after the details for me made it so much less stressful. I would especially recommend Julia, as she is super lovely, and her communication and updates were excellent, and I believe she was also great with the tenants. We were also lucky to have great tenants, with a dog which was no trouble at all. Thanks so much for your help Julia!

If you are looking for your next Property Manager I would not hesitate to recommend Julia from Tommy’s Kapiti.She is excellent at what she does, from our very first interaction Julia was informative and transparent. We were first time investment property owners and the process was a little daunting to us at the start.Julia worked hard to find suitable tenants for our home and also stepped us through the new healthy homes policy (with a lot of patience).Fast forward a year and we have excellent tenants and excellent ongoing communication from her.She really is a star Property Manager :)
