Commodore Pharmacy

The communication between the pharmacy and myself, was almost non existent. I had to chase this order on several occasions, only to be told things like staff don't work on Saturdays etc etc. After a week i finally got shipping notification. When my husband went in to collect, he was served by a very rude woman, who told him off for saying it was prescription instead of an online order. He said he had never been spoken down to this way before, and she was extremely arrogant. The products are good, but the server did not release they are providing a service and not a chore.

It is interesting to note that 2 other people have made a complaint about rudeness. It looks like store is generally quite polite though, or to most people they are.My experience was via email, and I had a similar experience as with the other two reviews from people who obviously felt strong enough to make their first and only entry into the Google maps ratings, there was a failure to communicate appropriately in the right manner. It looks like the other reviewers problem encountered with the person mentioned is of the same sort of attitude I was given.There are many choices in communicating with another person, a customer, these days you can choose how to respond, or react to people I guess. The response you gave to the other reviewers review for instance.Could have been nicely made at the time, to the then, customer.Anyway. Number 3. Beautiful. Peace and goodwill to you and your Team.

I need to tell a story about the wonderful culture at this pharmacy. A few weeks ago I was walking along Browns Bay and I have dust come up underneath my contact lens. I took my lens out but didn’t have my case, my wallet or my phone. I went to find an optometrist but none was open and I found the chemist. As I walked in I explained that I have no ability to pay for help but I had a slight emergency. The pharmacist and the retail assistant jumped into action and provided me with a case and free solution. It was only a dollars worth, but it was everything I needed when I had no money to pay saved me from losing or damaging my $400 lens. I went back in about two weeks later to cover the small cost but when I met the owners they declined to take my money saying it was part of the service they want to provide to the community. I can’t recommend this local business more and will be a customer for life.

Very rude lady who works behind the counter. Me and my husband went into purchase an item and the woman today was talking to someone else and so my husband waited to be served patiently and she moved the lady she was talking to more away from him and shooed my husband away with her hand. My husband left the item on the counter and we walked out and went to life pharmacy down the road.I cant believe how rude your staff member was!!

Hands down best service and advice you could ever find. Were able to help with an issue that many Dr's and specialists have never been able to address. And the service and advice has been exceptional every time.
