6months old washer dryer breaks.Called and told not a problem, we'll get a tech to call you asap.That evening, Smith City calls, actually not our problem, call the supplier directly. Thanks mate guess that's gold care.

There's plenty of parking and the staff are friendly and efficient. They have the odd good deal and an interesting range of furniture and electrical goods.If you're ordering online though, make sure you get a collection confirmation email first.

Came in to buy a TV, was told by the salesman that it was small and he had the same model in his bedroom. Went on to talk about all of his TVs in his house. Tried to upsell us on a larger model that was nearly $2000 more expensive, way outside the range we were looking at. Kept talking about UFC for some reason. Clearly looking for a bigger commission more than actually getting us what we wanted. Didn't buy a TV here in the end.
