I booked a 45 minute relaxation massage for my partner and I as treat while we stayed the night at Castaways. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming when we walked in. Lovely soft music and subtle scent of vanilla would definitely make anyone feel transported to paradise. The ladies that looked after us were professional and attentive! We left feeling so relaxed and as light as a feather! I’m so impressed and will definitely book again on our next getaway!

Massive thank you to Kate and Rose for the awesome experience. The massages were amazing and being pregnant, I felt well looked after and just felt very refreshed and relieved. The body scrub was beautiful and the stone bath was the finally topping. Thank you both for being professional and giving us a reason to want to come back.

I have been coming here with my husband for well over 10years and 3 times a year and every time we have come we have loved it. This time not so much. We got there 20min early and was told they were on their breaks no issue there. Then this lady shows us to our room and I said to her we haven’t had our foot bath yet as they would normally bring out these baths where we are sitting and put our feet in it and introduce themselves ask us how we are etc and give you these little slippers to wear you know that personal touch so you know who is giving you a massage. There was none of that this time the lady taking us to our room said to me I don’t know anything about that I’m just here to take you to your room. We quickly got undressed and waited for another 10min before anyone came in. We did not get that 10mins back at the end of the massage. When they came in we could not see them as we were already lying face down. They said hello and started with the massage they did not ask if the pressure was ok. I asked them about the foot bath (stinky feet) and they said they did not know what I was talking about. The massage was fine nice and relaxing. When I went to pay the lady behind the counter couldn’t find our loyalty cards, couldn’t print me out a receipt as the printer hadn’t been set up as I was paying cash I asked for a written receipt. She apologised and told me it was under new management. It took me 10mins to pay. This visit lacked the personal touch that my husband and I had been accustomed to for over 10 years more like a number or next in the que attitude. Very disappointed.

A very professional treatment, in a good environment, a good experience. We would have liked some aroma therapy during the massage.

A lovely relaxing escape from the city. Massage was amazing & in such a beautiful serene spot right up on the hill overlooking the ocean.We did the massage/dine package as a treat for my husbands birthday. Can highly recommend. Thank you.

What an amazing place. Staff went over and above to make this experience one to remember. Massage brilliant! Outdoor bath is an absolute must. Thank you for the lovely time. So tranquil and relaxing.

We’ve been here twice and it won’t be the last time. The spa is isolated and completely gives you a zen feeling. Although at a bit pricy, it’s totally worth it. The massages have always been nothing but perfect and the views from the stone bath is amazing.
