Excellent store in Te Anau, recently rebranded with a fresh new look! The store looks fantastic and has an excellent range of quality souvenirs and gifts of New Zealand. Same lake front location with the Takahe bird in front of the store you can't miss this one its on the corner of Te Anau Terrace and Town Centre.

Very pleasant shop, with a very nice host/owner. Had a lovely visit there, and felt very welcome. Free Gift wrapping service was a bonus too. Reasonable prices as well :)

Was in Te Anau for a couple of days last week and went into most shops. The lady that was working on the Friday deserves to be the best voted customer service retail worker in Te Anau. Very informative, super friendly and bent over backwards for myself and my teenager. We felt very welcomed so much so, that my teenager had to go back the next day to spend more money in this shop because of the customer care we had received. You young lady are a massive asset to this shop, very much appreciated.

Our new backpack got broken the first time we used it, and we have now been trying to get in contact with someone from Simply New Zealand the last 13 days without any respond.Friendly staff in the Te Anau shop. A shame it’s such a struggle to get in contact with them.

Been here in September 2015, the takahe statue that representing Te Anau is just in front of the shop, you can't miss it. The souvenirs here were the cheapest we can find in NZ. Good variety of choice, the owner is friendly too.

Nice selection of shirts, gifts, mugs and snacks on a long road trip to the coast. Beautiful views of the lake right outside too.
