Very impressive operation. Looks like Built Smart is literally building houses for the Nation!Friendly service, knowledgeable and very helpful staff.

I've only just visited the showhome but the staff were very helpful and i liked the quality of the finish. I've checked out a few companies and so far this is one of my favourites because of the range of plans.

A very professional bunch who really cross all there Ts and dot all there Is. Very friendly lot.

I found the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. They showed me three different houses which were all built to high standard and even the smaller houses felt so much bigger and spacious when I went in it. Added bonus that there so well priced. Great job Builtsmart keep up the excellent standard of work!!

Never use this company.You should see the shambles that they have made of the Kura in Kaitaia . Its a complete mess.

I called the day before to check they are open so I can view their demo homes and have a chat to someone. I drove for 2 hours just to be told off by the owner that I was late to meet him.... nobody ever told me I had a meeting with the owner... after he had a good go at me he walked off and left me with the receptionist. I decided to stay anyhow and see what they have on offer. When I asked the receptionist what experience they have with sloped plots, she said:'none' , I asked how long they had the business, she said '35 years'... she wasn't very keen to help me, I went into the demo-home which felt like a cheap generic living box. Overall felt so unwelcome, there is no way I will spend my money on this company...
