From start to finish the process was easy which is what you want as a customer. I had no idea what heat pump was required or where to put it. After making contact I was called within 24 hours. From there Kye answered every question I had, sourced the perfect heat pump required for my space and communicated effectively and regularly until time of completion. The final installation was professional and could not be faulted. Great company, special mention to Kye for his communication, knowledge and patience.

Excellent service! Kye installed a Wifi controller, ran through the app setup, and functions, and serviced our heat-pump all in a very friendly and professional manner. Would defiantly recommend for all your heat-pump needs!
