I have never eaten such a disgusting chicken n mushroom pie. It was like eating wallpaper glue, just gluggy and terrible. The mince had no cheese and stuff all filling. I would be ashamed to serve such poor quality food.

Chicken thighs are raw like red inside and when i call manager she said come get another one no apologise or anything. After that nobody like to go again same place to buy your raw food

Review 3 years ago: Hot chocolate tasted watered down and I had a sausage roll that smelt like fish. Told the staff and they said “anything else,” no refund or resolution offered.Update: Hollywood has definitely had some improvement especially on their customer service. Chicken and chips is great here.

The lady was so rude- don't know how to talk to customer. When I told her she can't talk to me like this. she just made face and went inside. Today is the last day I came to your café - no any more. Please tell your staff how to serve and talk to the customer.

Will still attest that this is the worst franchise cafe in the country. Coffee is watery and tasteless, food is plain and will be the cause of diabetes for people. Go literally anywhere else

The eggs and baked beans were ok but the Chocolate Frappe was not a frappe, It was just ice and chocolate and no cream. The coffee was disgusting. The lady serving needs to learn english properly because I couldn't understand her and she couldn't understand my English.Very unsatisfied customer. I won't be returning after paying 50$ worth of food. I would like my money back thank you.

Twice I have eaten the food at this place and I have lefted there with diarrhea. I'm not sure why. Maybe the food was not fresh milk was near off. As I ordered a latte n chicken,don't,cheese cake and dumplings. I am not happy

Went here for eggs bene. Asked for hash brown too and they said they can sub the ciabatta for the hash brown so that was thoughtful of them. Streaky bacon and just the right amount of sauce. Some places smother in sauce but this was spot on. Hollywood never disappoint with the eggs bene. It was yummm. My go to for a sneaky breakfast

Tried the full breakfast. The low quality sausage was deep fried and just cheap regular bread. Nothing fancy. I think I spent $18 for that. Plenty of other cafes that serves good quality food for similar prices.

Average food. Usually friendly service. The tea bags for English breakfast had a terrible perfume taste. Told staff. Did not care. Cheap brand in red box. Recommended you take own tea bag.
