Went in to sign up to be a customer, they said it would take a couple of days, 2 weeks later still nothing, sent them an email to find out what was going on, they say they can't find the forms, I asked if they can send me the forms via email, nothing for 5 days, completely useless, try and support local, they couldn't care less. 01/11/2021 got called from Ravensdown today they say head office can't find my form, great outfit you're running there!!! and no, I won't fill out another form so you can lose it again, I'll go elsewhere now.

1 worked for kempthorne and prosser during the 70s when it changed to Ravensdown , I started in dispatch for 4 years ,then manufacture working my way up to leading hand in total I worked 8 years on that site .I still consider maybe the best job I ever had ,I enjoyed so much working at that place ,I learnt skills that I still use today [ eg ] forklift driving ,loader and bulldozer driving ,truck driving ,as well as working with a great team .I drive past that site 3 or 4 times a week but have never been back to visit ,the modern new management and health and safety has stopped all that ,wish we all could go back to the 70s when life was so much better in those days

Through the sale of synthetic nitrogen fertiliser, Ravensdown is responsible for some of the worst pollution of rivers, drinking water and climate in Aotearoa.

I'm really disappointed that Ravensdown is poisoning our Canterbury waterways with its synthetic nitrogen fertiliser, as well as emitting enormous amounts of greenhouse gases into the world's environment, for its own profit.
