Beautiful stuff, and the smell is amazing, but it's a small operation and the prices reflect that. It's not mass produced so expect to pay a bit more. Great range of wooden products though...

I am happy to recommend Woodzone products and service. I've had my beautiful rimu boards just over a year and use them primarily to protect my benchtop from still-warm pans from the stove top or oven, so they have to absorb fairly high temperatures at times. One of the boards split and Vanessa at Woodzone gave me helpful advice about how to mend it and sent me a replacement board even though it was way outside any warranty time and I had managed to successfully glue it together. This is excellent after sales service on a quality product.

Bought the B grade large and medium heart Rimu chopping board set online for $165 delivered. Medium board began to split within 6 months despite following all care instructions including recommended oil. Both boards have warped slightly so they no longer lie flat.Brought problem to their attention. Took them a month to reply that the product wasn’t covered by warranty but that I was welcome to order a replacement. Very disappointed. Would not recommend their products. Such a shame because I wanted to support NZ business.

The 'trinket box with paua' that I ordered is BEAUTIFUL! I purchased this product to package a gift of pounamu for my Dad for his birthday and it really makes it that extra bit special. The toki fits in it perfectly. The shipping of this order was also very speedy.Thanks again, I will definitely be using and recommending your services again.

My friend just bought me a beautiful rimu chopping board online and we were really impressed with the service. They were really helpful with our order and even told us that the grain looks a bit different for each board and sent a photo of it first to see if we liked the look of that particular one. The delivery was quick and they even took the time to wrap it up as a Christmas gift with ribbons and all, which I think is really going above and beyond!
