Not very polite on the phone. Ask for a quote on some work to b done and couldn't give me one till 3 or 4 weeks.

After calling numerous times, getting numerous commitments, absolutely nothing happened. They talk a great story, sound good!! Then nothing till you call for the 5th time ... and guess what .... same again. I gave up.

5 months ago I had a chap come and look in order to give me a quote. He was great, I felt very happy and positive. Several months later I rang a few times, I knew they were busy so wasnt TOO concerned. Just before xmas I called in and queried my quote and again was told they'd get onto it. 2nd feb 2021, still not a word. I called in there at about 10 past 4pm and the place was locked up. My presumption is that they have gone out of business. I left a message on their phone saying as much.

After contacting for a 2nd time I was obviously an unwelcome inconvenience. Customer Service" made it abundantly clear my enquiry was both unwelcome and unwanted as she was FAR too busy to be concerned with gaining a new customer wanting to spend a few thousand dollars. Luckily there are other companies locally. Wouldn't bother with them again"
