We purchased a Wahl KM-2 clipper to replace an older set that were stolen in a burglary.Initially when the clippers arrived the blades had an issue and weren't cutting as expect.'The Hounds Coat' team were exceptionally responsive to our email regarding the clippers, problem solved the issue and came up with a fast/out of the box solution. I can't recommend this site, their customer service and support enough.I would happily purchase both the clipper and from here again.Online shopping as it should be - thanks so much!!
