Paid $70 for a data package, $5 for a SIM (how do NZ companies still charge for a SIM?), they made a mistake and something went wrong in their system, and they wanted to charge me another $10 for a top up". I refused and got a sour reaction from the one staff member in the store

Open Saturday 9am-5pm.. pack of lies.. went in at 11.30 doors closed with a sign saying back in 5 mins.. well i hung around 20 mins. Noone came.. doesn't even look like they opened at all today. No phones out and shop in darkness. This 2degress is useless. Has been for a very long time

The young gentlemen are so helpful and always explain everything. So kind.As for the young lady can be quite rude and abrupt making customers feel so dumb.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The man that works there told us the cheapest plan you could get on an IPhone pro max was $45 which is simply not true. He also said the accessories came for free as part of the plan but they are sold separately and ADDED to your plan. . It’s not right to not give customers all the information so they can make their own decisions. You trying to hit your KPIs is not something customers have to pay for. BE HONEST AND STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE!When I went in to ask the plan to be changed, the lady had a dismissive attitude on the whole thing as if we were dumb to believe what was told to us by the first sales person to be true. At least she changed the plan but the whole experience left a sour taste.
