A great gym with awesome equipment and athletes. A huge thanks to Joel Larter for guiding me through my first ever successful water load and helping me make weight for comp. You guys are solid.

I went and checked out this gym when travelling recently. Joel and the team we’re very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about fitness and powerlifting. The equipment was all great and the gym had an awesome vibe. I would definitely recommend checking this place out or making it your local!

Awesome gym for lifting, chill environment, great eleiko equipment and sick music. Personally love the communal lolly jar.

Chalk is allowed, there's 24/7 access, you can play your own music and expect good banter with other members, and Monster energy drinks are always ready to go. The bonus is that you get to train alongside some of New Zealands best athletes!
