We have used Rylock Wellington multiple times over the past few months as we slowly renovate our house. The customer service has been amazing and the team are always willing to answer any questions we have. The delivery of our windows was prompt and the installation was great. The team were great at helping us decide on window sizes for allowing maximum light whilst also maintaining privacy in our bedroom.

There were some issues with terrible contractors that messed up the install, then months of trying to get the windows remedied.They tell me the offending contractor no longer does work for Rylock, and the director came around himself to remedy the situation. So it looks like our windows are OK and functioning as they should now.
