I usually go there nice staff I did more than $ 1000 shopping there but there manager that indian lady she is so rude and very bad in customer service she alwaysplays punjabi songs there . you feel like you are in the bloody Indian restaurant I humbly request to the management to kick her off from the store otherwise you losing to much business. all other staff is perfect

Helpful, friendly staff. Was 50% off when I visited just before Xmas, would had purchased another pair or 2 if they had the size in the style I wanted. Best to visit the outlet stores before purchasing online, better deals instore.

Deals are pretty good but shopping during level 3 is such a pain. No signage where the entrance and exit is, no signage where the line is to pay, after queueing up for more than 15min you will be finally pointed at the right direction. Understaff as well. Could have been more prepared before opening doors to customers.

♿I started liking the shoes here because of its quality and the brand name .I buy my walking shoes here and find the large variety of styles at good discount prices.I like the sales especially the jacket's.I find the staff helpful and a good knowledge of the products.

Most exceptional service I have had in a shoe store to date. Yashika knew exactly what type of shoe (supported and 2 sizes larger) I needed within 2 min of me coming into the store. She was spot on and the shoes are amazing! Thanks Yashika for your assistance!
