Bloody delicious food always. Never had a bad experience here. Cannot recommend the southern fried chicken tacos enough, they are filling and the perfect blend of flavour. The owner is super friendly and lovely to talk to! Staff are always welcoming and super accommodating :).

Absolutely amazing food. Tasty, great portions and well priced! Friendly, fast and efficient service. We were fortunate because we got a Facebook deal for free fries and shake/coke with any Burger. The burgers are so juicy and flavourful! I'd HIGHLY recommend adding Cheesy Jalapeno poppers or a Taco if you're extra hungry. They're delicious little extras that really add to the experience. Awesome wall art and tidy shop in a beautiful location. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff, accommodating and considerate of diatery needs.Nice hangout atmosphere.Chicken had decent flavour.Sausage too salty for me.Meats were quite dry.Salad tasted little off to me.Got gastroenteritis and landed in the ED less than 24 hours later.

Amazing! Tried a dirty double smashed burger and it was tasty, succulent and everything you want in a smash burger. I’d definitely try the triple smash burger next time. Bun was soft and buttery. Pattie’s we’re cooked to perfection, slightly fatty and well seasoned. The fries were crisp and exactly how you want your fries. Service was also top notch. Well done! Wish it was closer but will definitely be making the drive from Auckland again soon. Can’t recommend enough.

This review is for Texas Petes Rototuna. Excellent customer service from the owner & such delicious food! We had the smoked meathouse tray with pork belly & brisket, Southern Fried Chicken Burger, Smashed cheese burger, loaded fries with Pork Belly & the pork belly burger! Everything was perfect! The milkshakes are the best & the kids loved Jarritos soda. Great experience all round. I highly recommend! Thank You Texas Petes Rototuna!

Great place! Best burger I’ve had. Got the Kiwi As Burger. They also took great care of my wife who is gluten and dairy free. Good cam out fast and they also closed the door and turned on the heater for us on a cold NZ day! Totally recommend!

Suggested by my cousin after we found ourselves in town during that awkward time that restaurants weren’t open for meals until 5pm or else weren’t taking walk-ins… this place is amazing!!! Beautifully cooked meats, and large portions. Condiments complimented the meats too. They even have vegetarian options. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is spacious, the wall art is vibrant which makes the place a vibe. Clean and tidy and well lit. Lots of parking outside and easy to find. We’ll definitely be making the trip from Auckland to eat here again!
