Got the dash and back rear window replaced on BMW Convertible price and service fantastic workmanship 10/10

Avoid. Charged a fortune for poor workmanship (will not rectify, constantly fobbing me off with excuses: under the pump, 25 barstools to do, working 24/7, etc etc etc) and has lost his temper with me three times, first time apologizing after he dashed off to my car and started blasting away at it with a heat gun trying to shrink the sags in the newly covered dashboard as - yep! you guessed right! 'Under the pump' and stressed out about a job where others had left masking tape on a car for too long.Seats passable but took ages for all chalk marks left on to wear off and back cushions in crooked.Mark told me on one occasion how he never leaves his dash uncovered in his carwhich I totally agree with yet he advised me I must leave my dashboard in the sun to shrink. Yeah right. One year on I'm still lookin' at these saggy bits.Worst upholstery I have ever had done on my classic vehicles. Oddly talks much about what a good job he does and defensively informed me often how he works on cars worth millions of dollars implying, I felt, my car is worth less of his attention and skills NOT that ALL cars should be treated equal.One star is one too many!
