Quality/Customer service/Communication 10 out of 10.I am happy that I found this place.I have ordered 2 pictures to be stretched over a wooden frame in 10 days time. After about a week I have recieved an email that there were some difficulties with my order: canvas with acrilyc paint on it was very hardened, and it was cracking badly when they tried to stretch it.And immideately they suggested a solution - to mount and frame these in a different style with an actual frame around the outside. And they did this with no extra charge!I love how cool my pictures look like. Thank you Logan!On the attached photos you can see one of the framed pictures and just a canvas for a refference.Tottaly recommend this place if you want some stylish and quality framed pictures.

Such an amazing experience getting my poster framed here ! My late father who bought this in the 90s gave me this poster a few years ago and with all the tears and rips in it I decided to get it framed. I am so so happy with the outcome, Logan is incredibly passionate about his work and it shows with mine because of how much care and effort has gone into this whole process...This poster is so huge already, the frame makes it a million times better- I love it !! We were absolutely delighted with the service we received at Amazing Frames. Luca did an outstanding job when I first went in for a quote and recommended a great frame to go with our new canvas painting along with guidance on mounting this rather large piece on a staircase. The price was fair and reasonable. The frame was ready in about 10 days, which was much better than I thought it would take.They also did an excellent job wrapping it so that it could be transported without damage. Highly recommended this place for quality frames and great service.

I absolutely love the frames that were created for my Egyptian art pieces by Logan. Having been to Egypt himself we had a great time reminiscing on our trips, and he had a lot of insight into how they could best be displayed. He was very helpful and friendly during the consultation process, gave me lots of good options to choose from and they absolutely exceeded all expectations. I couldn’t be happier!!!
