purchased salad mix that was past used by date and rotten. check the expiry dates as the staff dont seem to know how.

what a hopeless supermarket ! dirty , and the staff are completely hopeless . they can't pack food on their counters , they pile everything up. No one at that supermarket ever smiles ! So glad I can get decent service from Chartwell and from Bridge street , any everyone in those branches smiles

Pretty good place for buying general groceries. Despite the fact I live nowhere near here, on my trips, going here was a good retreat from hotels and other businesses. A good taste of home from somewhere far away. Good environment, large array of products and nice people.

Went to buy 1 beer at self serve check out with food, got asked for I.d by checkout lady who came up to me, i produced an Australian queensland drivers licence and got told ohh it's one of those with a nasty attitude and then i got asked if I had a passport?! First off who carrys their passport on them? And also I wouldn't even show you a copy of it anyway even if I had one. Went across the road and didn't get asked for I.d never do so be aware if you're a tourist here.

Grumpy staff...Been going there for over 7 years and have yet to get a smile or hello. One of the older ladies on checkout was extremely rude to an older customer then other day...shocking
