They rented out the property next door to some troublemakers. In less than a half a year I sent to them numerous complaints about their antisocial behaviour such as parties, blocking the drive way, shooting from the airgun toward our house, trespassing, etc. I haven't ever received any reply from this property manager. We called them and they confirmed that they had received all our complaints. They just ignore.Never trust your house to this agent, they don't care what their tenants do on and with your property.Keep in mind they are NOT the members of the property managers association, so they are not reliable, if you have any disputes with them you won't be able to complain about them anywhere but to the court.
