Average to poor range of delivery service. I'm sure its fine if you live right in town, but anything even slightly rural (Arthurs Point) isn't accessible.

Have had a few occasions now of not delivering the full order, calling, having them tell us they will deliver the missing items and failing to deliver still, or delivering 3 hours after the initial order and more phone calls and messages to follow up without any response. It's too bad as we love to support local, but with no remorse for poor service, it's Uber Eats for us now.

Website keeps on breaking down, this has been happening for years. Shambles!!!!

Great service during the peak season. Used Food on Q twice during our 5 day stay super convenient as it was hard to find parking during Christmas. App is easy to use.

The delivery guys are always friendly, only once my guy got confused with the address and my burger arrived cold but since then no problem and I'll continue to use them

Have used this service frequently over the last few months, and I am very pleasantly surprised by their consistent high quality service.The food has always been correct and arrives well within the estimated window of time given when I order. And most importantly, it has always been kept hot! (Whereas I find Domino’s pizza usually arrives lukewarm).However I think the biggest unique selling point with Food on Q, is the feeling that you are helping out the local community.I’ve received a few emails now from their customer service thanking customers for their loyalty, and some insight into how the business has grown in Queenstown over the years. Such a nice touch compared with the disgusting lack of customer service from the larger household names I’ve seen when living elsewhere.

Foodonq - Great service from FoodonqSadly we ordered from Eriks Takeaway. The fish and chips were the worse fish and chips we’ve ever had. It was over cooked, the batter was flat and bland, the fish was dry and the hotdogs were inedible. They were dark and spicy, not at all what a NZ hotdog should be. Do not waste your money!!

Food on Q is owned and managed by Danny and Emily, who are working hard so that every order is delivered as fast as possible.By being very personal and understanding, they create a good and healthy work enviroment which is noticeable for the customer as well. There is no lost time during the delivery and the food will probably be faster at your house than you could do it.

Emma was soo lovely! she delivered my food from White and Wong very efficiently and with such a happy and energetic vibe! totally recommend especially on nights where you're feeling a little lazy and comfy in ya pjs!I also love how you keep us updated with what's happening throughout the whole process of when we order to when it arrives!
