Am only giving one star because there is no option to give zero stars.The staff here are incredibly rude and disrespectful. They do a terrible, rushed job and then speak to and treat clients like rubbish. I was physically grabbed by a staff member three times, there was absolutely no need for it. I was speechless. And after reading all the other reviews, I see it was not an isolated experience. I have no idea how this place is still in business.

1*BAD serviceBAD waxing came in today 7/6/23 wax still left on me, lady still standing around while I got dressed did not close curtain.Also had my nails and pedicure, did not shape or ask them how I wanted them shaped. Cut my finger, just mumbled a very small apology. not professional AT ALL

Worst nail service ever and unfriendly workers. Overpriced compared to other salons and the service was terrible all round. My feet were dry and Rough after a pedicure. And my manicure left my nail surface rough and still had old polish that wasn’t removed properly around edges. Now I know why the other salon on other end of the mall was busy and theirs was not. Bad service definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone. If only I had read the reviews first!

Went there today Easter Weekend to get my nails done Gel Manicure and I had the best experience, they were very warm friendly ,very gentle , not rough at all . Will definitely go back there again .

I went today and asked for a black French tip (showed a picture), they charged me $80 for a infill of acrylic nails with gel polish and French tip, the lady I had was HORRIBLE both personality wise and the way she did my nails, she refused to fix the issues I pointed out (as you can see in pictures), she kept making my fingers bleed with the machine when filing my nails and taking my previous gel polish off, she rudely spoke in another language of myself and my friend and ignored my requests, my nails look nothing like the picture I asked for there is so many lumps and uneven shaping, she’s left black marks on 2 of my nails, she made the shape of my nails look so fat and nothing like the picture I asked for. Feeling extremely ripped off and just want my money back I’m beyond embarrassed to be walking around with nails like this. Never ever going back and never recommending this place to anyone. To top it all off, their customer service is atrocious.

Went for a mani couple of days before Christmas, by 27th Dec, gels were lifting and even peeling off. Didn't enjoy the experience either, it was rushed and one hand had an extra layer of gel polish on it. I politely asked for my nails to be even and smooth as they were very rough, which the lady tried to correct so I ended up with very very short nails. I have contacted the salon about this, not had a reply from them.

Whatever ever you do please do not go to this nail salon they are the worst! Unprofessional bad customer service and extremely bad attitudes. They cause nail splits and damage. They do not take accountability for their damage. I went for prescription nails removal which they put on in the first place. The manager knew who I was and put an inexperienced person to complete the job. Instead of soaking she cut through my own nail. Luring to me telling me it was infected knowing she messed up. Now I’ve been Left with sore finger and damaged nail bed. I called her the next day for a solution and the manager said come in and she did absolutely nothing to help. Didn’t even try to help just walked away. I have reported this company to the authorities and they will be removed from doing any business. How many others have they hurt!

Pretty rushed job, this isn’t my usual place. I showed an inspo photo which they hardly copied. Nails were filed pretty lazily and although I only got this done yesterday the acrylics are already starting to lift and come off

Fantastic experience. I had a spa pedicure. The same technician stayed with the whole time. She was lovely and did an amazing job. I was reluctant to come because of bad reviews but I’ll be back!
