Rangiora Town Hall - Waimakariri District Council Online | Opened in 1926, the Rangiora Town Hall is a notable historic building in the Waimakariri District. The building received Landmarks heritage recognition at a ceremony on 27 May 2010. It is located in a prominent position at the western end of Rangiora town centre on the corner of High and King Streets. The hall was closed in 2012 for seismic strengthening and building extensions.

Went to the cinema attached to the Town Hall. Great setup for the size of the town and staff were more than helpful and accommodating. They have an app that you can use to join the cinema club and after a handful of movies you get the next one free. Also a free treat of ice cream when you join up. We will be back!

Went this wonderful old Town hall to watchthe local musical theater's production of Annie". Comfortable seating good view of the whole stage. Great acoustics in the theatre. Interval was also good

Went with granddaughters to watch The Secret League of Pets that we all really enjoyed in a very cosy cinema atmosphere. Great experience alot of choice of snacks and very easy to get into the screen. Cheers guys !!!
