Always like Macpac. Products usually fit me even though I'm a bit of a bigger size. Simple yet stylish designs. Good quality fabrics. Service today was exceptional from a lovely Canadian lady.

Bought a 320 dollar jacket online. Seemingly it was in stock at willis street. Heres the thing, you sent an email that it would be ready to collect in 4hours.. a whole day has passed.. i have head zero from macpac willis street. So why one star.. either they didnt have the jacket in the first place.. (phone me and tell me) .. or they just havent told me that i should come in and collect it.. either way, terrible customer service.. i am going to get soaked tomorrow. Its not as if there were other shops that have good rain jackets in wellington. Theres even a macpac in petone that has these jackets. I would have just gone there and bought it there if someone in willis street wasnt so bad at this. Pretty poor macpac. What do you think ?

Been here a lot recently, buying merino tops and jackets. The staff are always very helpful, their range of products are really good and well priced.

Quality of clothing and gear very good and it's nice to support a local NZ company in ghd competitive market of outdoor clothing & equipment - I had to get a range of clothing for my teenage daughter and owing to her personal colour and style preferences we shopped at Macpac Willis Street for some of the items needed as found girls clothing to be in limited range and stock at the other competitor stores - we got a very good discount with a school discount code and left very happy with the purchases and quality of items - raincoat, thermal longs, shorts, polar pullover. Without a discount the items are quite pricey but quality and fitness for purpose can't be faulted.
