Couldn’t recommend JP and his team enough. They did a fantastic job installing not only a tricky ducted heatpump and in slab heating but also carrying out all the electrical needs in our extension. From start to finish JP was very professional and his boys were a delight to have onsite. Would definitely use again

We moved into a place with no heating and needed something sorted before winter hit. JP explained our options and what would work best with our upcoming renovations in mind. We decided on a ducted heatpump and it was installed within the week. Friendly and knowledgable crew, fast efficient service, and a tidy installation and clean up. We love our ducted heat pump and highly recommend the team at Winter Air Conditioning.

After speaking with another company, we decided to go with Winter as they seemed better set up for what we needed and had great Google reviews. We made the right decision. We chose a ducted heat pump, the installation went smoothly, and having it has been amazing. A lifesaver during the hot summer we are currently having!

Excellent service from Jacob and his team. Contacted on Tuesday am and Jake was able to come out that afternoon, Air con unit needed replacing which is what we thought as very old but not before full diagnostics undertaken. New unit ordered and installed couple of days later. Superb communication throughout, everything cleaned and vacuumed after installation. Great to see a new business in upper hutt. Recommend to others in the Wellington region.

Got home and the heat pump had decided it was going to have a break. Rang one place, they weren't available, was told of Winter Air Conditioning and ElectricalGlad I rang. Jake said he would be by in 30mins, on a Friday!! And fixed the issue really quickly.Excellent customer service from Jake. Would absolutely recommend Winter Air-conditioning and Electrical.
