5th ocean will build you a pretty average quality home. When your million dollar investment is complete, they’ll walk through it in muddy boots, trashing your carpet, leave stains in your toilet and rotten food on your deck. When you want the agreed repairs carried out on your property after the settlement, they’ll make appointments with you but never show up. Trying to get my door fixed which no longer locks, a woman from 5th ocean told me that because I missed her call (to the wrong number) I would have wait another 2 weeks. They are extremely rude, sarcastic and aggressive.
