OneCiti have been taking care of our home while we are living outside of NZ. They have been amazing to work with - so thoughtful and responsive throughout the whole process. We were nervous about renting - our property is our home! And they took great care of us throughout the process, and have found amazing tenants and manage the property and tenancy so smoothly. OneCiti is the only company that we work with throughout NZ and Australia who are organised and send out the rental statements REGARDLESS of whether or not they fall on a public holiday or on a weekend. Ali and the team at OneCiti have been excellent to deal with over the last 3yrs. I had never used a property manager before so was a little apprehensive however OneCiti are so professional to deal with & provided me with amazing long term great tenants. OneCiti also took care of all maintenance issues in a timely manner which I imagine was challenging given Auckland was in lockdown for a total of 8 months within a 2yr period due to Covid. I have no hesitation is recommending Ali and the team at OneCiti.

After my previous management company dropped the ball repeatedly leaving my apartment vacant for 6 weeks, I contacted Ali at OneCti. The team went straight into action and the property had multiple viewings within days and a signed lease agreement within 7 days of my first contact. Ali and the team made it very easy to swap management companies. Very professional and friendly operation

This agency treated me very poorly and I am disgusted by their conduct. Some of their staff were dishonest and unprofessional. Treating a tenant like me like packing sardines in a can.

Had a viewing yesterday with Joel at the Heritage Hotel, was suppose to be at 2.30pm, instead started at 2.20pm, the viewing was very quick, I was annoyed with Joel when I asked to see the pool, he said “no I’m too busy today” and told me to refer to the photos, even though it was 2.25pm and our viewing wasn’t even suppose to have started yet.The whole point of a viewing is to view the property, not just some of it.Feedback for Joel, don’t be dismissive of potential tenants when they ask to see something, it’s your job, we’re all busy, and if you are TOO BUSY, then be more realistic with your viewing times, manage your time accordingly.

As a tenant of Oneciti, I have been very grateful to the team. They are very patient and understanding when it comes to any issues or problems and will try their best to make the situation happy go lucky for all parties. I have been a tenant with them for a year and abit now and I was lucky enough to have my rent still at a reasonable price after my fixed term had ended - now being on periodic. And they are always so happy to help.
