This is the best place to have haircut done. I have had haircuts several times before, but never seen a lady focusing so much on a client like she did. Such a beautiful care and attention given to my hair by a sweet lady named Cecile. Will surely visit them again. Thankyou.. appreciate the beautiful feel i got.

Do not recommend at all... It happened to me twice... Yesterday I went for hairwash and scalp massage... The lady who took me in she went on that it's just the shampooing and not scalp massage.... It's just the white people who call it massage.. When I asked her on your payment card on the front door it says scalp massage she kept on denying and at last she ended up only washing my hair in just 2 min.... Bragging about how think my hair was and to my surprise she asked me why don't I was my hair on my own and came to them.... Like seriously... I am paying you for the service and this is what you get..Last time I went I guess last month...forbthe same thing the lady was so rude she first used mint shampoo which I asked her not too..but she said no our owner says it should be only used... Then while drying she kept on pulling my hair when I complained she is like this is the only way we do..... I went for relaxing and ended up getting a headache...They staff there have no respect and are so rude...worst service ever

I would highly recommend. I had a shampoo and a cut and was extremely pleased at the care and attention given and the awesome hair cut I left with. The shampoo with head massage was a huge bonus. I felt pampered.

Definitely recommend!I just had my hair beautifully washed, cut, blow wave(straighten)...done by Cham who also offered some advice and products around caring for my hair. Also met another lovely stylist who helped to straighten my hair today. I will be back in future.

It was my first time in this salon and the lady were so lovely and chatty. The lady who cut my hair listened to what I wanted and didn't cut my hair too short! It was an all round comfortable experience.

Great experience at Just Cuts Ormiston! Warmly welcomed by Chang who took care of my 6yr old daughter sat her beside me set up with a dvd and a lollipop while I was getting my haircut by the lovely Cecile who was very attentive and checking always if I was happy with the length, style etc and offered tips to help me manage the frizz with my hair. Very happy with the cut at such a good price. Highly recommend.

I had a terrible haircut from this place last Friday, the hairstylist named Grace ignored my instructions, took far too much off, thinned my hair (twice) without asking, and rushed through the cutI've been given a refund after complaining which is why I've edited my review and bumped up a star - but I want to call out that I was explicitly asked to remove my review after receiving the refund. I noticed the positive reviews on here before coming and thought it was a good sign - the positive reviews cannot be trusted when the negative ones are deleted post-refund

We took our 9 months old Baby for a Hair cut and the viatnamese man with long hair was awesome (I didn't ask his name). Very kind to our boy and we loved the cut. I had my Hair cut too. Loved itI'll come back

Cham is very helpful and professional. He have explained very thoroughly on how to use the Justice productions. I have been introduced to Justice Haircare and never looked back. I would definitely try different services in future.
