My mother kahurangi Mamae Nuku also known as (Nan) As i was calling around for a funeral director I found in the voice of Christian that we chose the right person and the right service to compliment our mothers needs. I cannot express enough thanks and praise for the Simplicity team - especially Delano! You went above and beyond our expectations after the sudden death of our mother, nana and great nana Colleen. You were flexible with our wishes, took time to sit with us, listen to us and guide us through with such compassion and understanding. Totally recommend this company.

This is long overdue, but we had the best service from everyone here. Words can't explain how much support we got from the team who made our sad time a little bit easier to cope with when we lost our Dad/Koro, son,brother, uncle just by the way we were treated from start to the end and even afterwards. Can not Thank them all enough x
