Absolutely appalling service. Charged $537.10 for towing fee, replacing armature and labour, then failed to itemise invoice and quantify the amount of labour time or the tow charge (a total distance of 3.6km) despite being asked to three times. Pulled my steering column out of alignment while towing so there is now a 15 degree tilt to the left and when asked to correct it, had the cheek to say it was like that beforehand. Disgusting people, avoid them like the plague. Have reported to Consumer Protection with the hope that no-one else is robbed by these unscrupulous thieves.

I higly recommend this mechanic. We are backpacker and Greg was honnest with us. The WOF diagnostic was quick and he took the time to explain to us what's wrong. He fix it in the following hour. It was not expensive at all and he gave us really good adviceThank you

Greg and his team have been looking after our vehicles for several years now, and always given very good, knowledgeable and helpful service - always appropriate to the vehicle, and often putting in extra effort to get more challenging issues sorted. I highly recommend them.

I have found Greg Coretta and his staff just so knowledgeable about everything to do with my car. There is just nothing they don't know about when it comes to modern vehicles. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Automotive Service Centre in Bell Block.

Just want to say a huge thank you to the team at Automotive Service Centre. Our car broke down hours before we were heading back to Auckland. Greg was the one we mainly dealt with. They managed to have us up and running by the end of the day. They went the extra mile to make sure the job was done properly and quickly so that we could make our way back to . They were very genuine and actually cared. Thanks again guys, wish you were based in Auckland.

Very helpful and accommodating at very short notice. Unfortunately it turned into a post mortem not a repair ( not their fault at all ) but this business were professional, helpful and if I was a local I'd definitely give them more business.
