I have been with MTC for a few months. It appears to be the perfect environment to build up skills in a supportive, social and respectful facility. If you are looking to get into a martial art this is the place to be.

Great gym! I have been training here for around 18 months and have made a great deal of improvement on my technique and fitness. The trainers are very supportive and understanding of your goals whether that be training for fitness or to compete. The gym is a friendly environment and I always look forward to training here.

An awesome place to learn Muay Thai. Coaches are knowledgeable, experienced and very willing to help, no matter your goals. Variety of classes, like the general Muay Thai class, boxing, clinch work or strength and conditioning will give people of all levels a good insight to the sport. MTC has very welcoming, tight knit group of people of all backgrounds training and supporting each other. Cannot recommend MTC enough to anyone that is either looking to improve their fitness or have aspirations of stepping into the ring.

I have been regularly training at MTC for 2 years now, and I had initially joined with zero experience or knowledge about the art.The coaches are very knowledgeable and approachable, and they always cater to different individuals.The gym has a close-community vibe and it's a very engaging and fun place to train.I'd recommend it to anyone who is interested in martial arts.
