Great gym. Have tried many gyms in my time but this energetic environment is my favourite. Keeping it focused on key fundamental movements with quality techniques. It’s always a fantastic workout!

I love Fitstop! I joined the club in May and I have been attending the classes consistently ever since. I had 0 knowledge of weight training when I first started but the trainers made the transition easy & in return I have learnt so much and I have noticed great progress, not just physically but in my overall lifestyle too. The environment and support from fellow Fitstoppers makes the club a comfortable place to workout in. I would recommend Fitstop to everyone :)

If you sign up to this gym - you had better not think of leaving. Recently, there have been multiple friends of mine who have ended up either cancelling their memberships, or doing the free trial and not continuing on, only to then be contacted by a male manager/trainer and made to feel guilty or harassed. They were made to feel so bad, they don't feel comfortable coming forward to make a complaint. This should be looked at by someone ASAP.

This gym is great. The trainers are there to instruct you and you can start a circuit on your own time. The best this is that no one has time to see what you are doing so you don’t feel embarrassed. There is a wide variety of people at this gym which makes it great. Everyone has come together with their own goals and are just their to work on themselves. It’s great!

I’ve been going to fitstop for about 2 months now and I’ve seen so much results and improvement in my physical appearance and overall health ! From having two kids I wanted a place that would be comfortable and suitable to start my fitness journey again and this place right here is it !! The trainers are top tier and so welcoming, the classes really push you and your expectations of yourself and I absolutely love it ! Everyone that joins/ has joined will say the same. Great place to start your fitness journey & I won’t look back !

Incredible, supportive gym with great trainers. This is the place to come with all workouts sorted for you each day. A great mix of progressive lifts and cardio based training. In class trainer/s every session to assist with techniques.
