Delivery was quiet long. Not the stores fault though. Covid and Christmas together delayed many packages.However I was quiet annoying, keep sending emails etc but Jacob their Sales Manager was super nice. Always replied super quick and friendly.The item itself was also perfect. Exactly as described. Will order again :)

Do not recommend this company to buy goods. They are thorough on email correspondence PRIOR to purchasing a product and guarantee a delivery by a specific date. once you order and request to get an update... they do not help you at all and say there isn't much they can do. No sincere in their correspondence and they ignore you once you email back with a reply.Disappointing...

I found a product Not to had in stock that no one else had, just what my grand daughter had asked for, ordered and sent quick smart, then the delivery agent lost it.. grrr. Contacted Not to to ask if they would1 raise a claim with delivery agent2 slow me to reorder the item and have it couriered direct to my home.They did better than that replacement product shipped next morning overnight delivery at no cost to me. It arrived in time to get to the very happy g daughter.Brilliant service, I will shop withNifti again.

Delivery was fast but unfortunately the carafe was just placed inside a courier bag between two pieces of polystyrene, I thought being a fragile glass item it would have been more adequately packaged.I was also disappointed that there was no packaging or nice box around the polystyrene, because it was a gift, it made the product look cheap and nasty. Definitely some improvement needed there.
