Maddren Homes

We built with Maddren in 2020/2021 (house and land package). It was our first time building and we feel we couldn't have chosen better. The team are knowledgable and helpful, and seem really genuine. We are really happy with the quality of our build and it was completed in good time. Everyone we dealt with was honest and upfront and we did not have any unexpected costs. The house design is optimal for the section and provides a truly functional house. We would not hesitate to build with Maddren again or to recomend them to anyone thinking about building.

Building a new house has the potential to be the most stressful thing you can ever do. It was our first time and we weren’t sure about how it will go. However, we’re really pleased to have chosen Maddren Homes as they made the whole process enjoyable and fun. The team at Maddren is quite prompt, honest and upfront with their communication. There were no nasty surprises and because we were happy with the quality of products they supplied, we didn’t feel the need to upgrade or change them which saved us time and money. Our Site Supervisor Jake was professional, kept us well-informed throughout the process and made sure that all questions were answered in a timely manner. He managed the build really well and that literally took out all the stress from the process. Things were on schedule throughout and the house was handed over to us well before the estimated completion date.It’s a well-knit team at Maddren Homes and that reflects in their quality of workmanship. Being a builder i have built our homes but this time, because i had retired and have been out of the system for some years, we decided to get someone else to build for us. We already had the site so it was a question of quality of build and after looking at several company's decided on Maddren homes.They were happy to work with our plain and style making suggestions along the way until we arrived at the home we have today. They also knew i would be watching with a trained eye, but once i meet Jake i felt confident that we would get a good job. We discussed details, on what we liked, along the way without any problems and Jake was always prompt in getting back and informing us of timetables.The build finished ahead of time and the standard of finish, from their subcontractors was excellent.We would be happy to recommend maddren homes for their professionalism and standard of finish and would be happy to build with them againkindest regardsBarry&Trish Vince

Our 2002 maddren home was demolished in 2019 because of weather tightness issues. After a full rebuild and a 4 Yr legal battle we are short of approx million dollars.
