Lance told me he would get a crucial piece done for me by the weekend when I gave it to him on Tues.I turn up Friday arvo with a box of beer in my carFor them" expecting to pick up my small job.Only to be told "he said he told me he would tryTo have it done by the weekend".Now I have an exceptionally good memory for conversations and I know this is not what he said.It's a shame I received this poor service as their setup looks top notch and figured I'd be back to get bits for my race car made.Sorry lance but you did let me down quite badlyI know it was only a small job but without it my truck with mobile workshop in it is going to be out of commission for even more business daysThis means my Monday booking now can't be completed and due to an unfulfilled promise you are costing me money."
