This would be the worst company I have tried yo work with.Last week I phoned Tracy their receptionist and advised her that we required putty to be dug out on 10 windows measuring 200ml by 700ml. could she help.She advised that is what they do and I asked when could they do it and she said next week. She said they would get quote to me. I had not received the quote so I phoned again this week. She said she would phone me back, but she did not.I phoned again this morning and she asked me to give her all the detail again.Then she said she had spoken to the Glaizer who said they do not do just putting.I said just make it worth your while travel time etc and then she said $1500.Thats is absurdI ask you to dig out putty for 10 little windows and wanting to charge $1500 tells you what a Con company they are.I had dealt with the previous owner of the business and he was very pleasant and honest to deal with . I would be very wary of any one using this company

Hmmm. Feeling rather ripped off.Asked for a very small job to cut thin mirror provided by me.Tiny job...total length of cuts around 490mm, 8 straight cuts, 5min work max. Didn't bevel the edges as I asked.Charged $32.50Won't come back.
