The Team At Manukau DTR Branch Are Really Fabulous. I Have Been With DTR Off And On For Many Years And My Experience With Them Personally I Have Found Them To Be Very Understanding Of Circumstances. Always Willing To Accomodate Where They Can. A Great Group Of Wonderful People That Do Care About What's Going On. I Rate Them At The Top Of The List When It Comes To Hp's, Loans, Products And Services. Anita, Pam And The Girls At The Front Desk Brilliant Customer Services And Wonderful Attitudes. Do not deal with this store cause they honestly cant be bothered dealing with you. They do not pick up their phones, you have a better chance winning the lotto than them picking up the phone. They dont process your application and from the time you apply you honestly wont recieve an answer till a year later ( literally!) From what i gather the people that work in there are unhelpful bunch a jaw slacked beneficiary rejects that just managed to somehow get a free job there. You will know once you walk in that store just how professional these circus clowns are. AVOID!!!!

The ladies at DTR Manukau are incredible! They were so helpful and understanding and made a stressful purchase so easy. The communication and customer service was next level. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

The staff are very helpful and very professional on my experience going in there I love their encounter and hospitality but they had too much hidden fees and too much excuse from their customers service people

If i could give 0 star i would, lazy people working here they never answer the phone they never ring back. I would not go here dont bother applying here, just waste my time i ended up going to somewhere else i got a reply the same day. No professional here at Manukau DTR
