Rented E-bikes for 4hours, sufficient to go around the lake and vineyard. Friendly and knowledgeable owner, explained everything to us, well priced and everything was smooth. We booked a day in advance which I think was a good idea during the peak season.

My wife and I hired 2 Hardtail mountain bikes last Saturday. The bikes are top quality and supplied with helmets a pump and repair kit. It was a pity that recent flooding had damaged some of the tracks around the lake but the scenery around the lake is jaw dropping. Had a drama when i got back to the bike shop to discover i had lost my rental car key whilst out exploring.Rod provided me with an e bike to retrace my trip and thankfully the key was found on the track. Excellent customer service. Greatly appreciated the support and assistance. Highly recommend Green Toad if you are looking to rent a bike in Wanaka.
