I'm no expert at fishing by all means, but the service you get from the team here is absolutely awesome. I've been in a few times for fishing gear and the dude was more than happy to help assist with extensive knowledge along with giving great tips and advice for the style of fishing I wish to do.If you're a beginner like me wanting to start out, nicely priced R&R combos and excellent customer service should have you visiting this store.

Most amazing helpful staff, not pushy, gave unbiased advice when we asked them about airbeds. We love our purchase and will definitely feel happy returning as the staff are so great to deal with.

Rang the Tauranga store to ask if it would be possible to re-spool my reel.I was told that would be no problem, I then asked if it would be ok to do it while I waited as Im from out of town and once more I was told that it would not be a problem. When I arrived at the store I was told that there would be a 2 hour wait so I left with leaving them my number. An hour or so later I had a call to say that they no longer could spool my reel as they were to busy. Thats nearly 3 hours out of my day plus fuel costs for nothing. Over the last few years we have brought many large ticket items form you so feel very let down. Other stores will now benefit from my purchases as Hunting and fishing is now off my our shopping list

So very helpful team, super knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was a problem and no rush for a sale, definitely returning...to tell them about the one that didn't get away. Cheers guys
