Chartwell Shopping Centre
Food court - the chinese takeaway was expensive considering the quality and contained more bones than meat (beef stew), bland. The service from the food court cleaner was extremely bizarre. Won’t be eating here again.

A nice place to wander around without the hustle and bustle of too many people. Spacious, airy and relaxing. The food court has a great variety of fare.

Always easy to park under cover. Plenty of outdoor parking too. You can find most things you need here and a great movie theatre. Food hall is good and offers a variety to suit most tastes from Maccers to sushi, Hungry Wok, Starbucks and more. Some nice big stores like H&M, Farmers and Countdown.

Great place to shop, very nice variety of stores. Both undercover and open parking spaces - but you often need to circle a few times to find one. Very popular place.

I love the convenience of having everything in 1 place. There are heaps of parking for all parkers, disabled, able-bodied, and parents with small ones. I love their toilet facilities and their parent rooms. They also have a lovely selection of food places.

I’m not good with money. I have a gambling addiction and I can’t control it. I love paycheck to paycheck and I spend my paycheck on the roulette wheel. I’m down 45k, I’m gonna have to gamble the house to pay it off. I owe my own mother 10k. I’m a failure

They have a great service here where u can use a free mobility scooter if u need very convenient for me being disabled I use it to go to the supermarket first time in 4 years loved it

Chartwell Shopping Centre
Chartwell Shopping Centre has more shops open now. This is awesome. Easy shopping and parking. The best thing is the JP during a week. It's not too big or too small mall but good enough for someone like me just want to get in and out quick.I found a lot of retailers that staff are very unhelpful and not willing to help customers BUT this is the mall's false, the mall management cannot control companies culture and their way to operate. Thank you Chartwell to bring more big brands in :).

Chartwell Shopping Centre
I went for a quiet coffee today only to have loud music playing downstairs in the mall. Contacted Customer service twice and were told they would see management to get it turned down but after 15 minutes nothing changed. Junior Management tried to blame Pagani store but it was mall music not the shop music. My friend then went to senior management who listened to her concern and the manager said he would look into it. Very disappointed with the mall music. I will continue to come to the mall but I will listen to the music to see if Senior management practise what they preach.

Have sat in lovely coffee club with blaring drums and terrible music from the Mall music. Just checked Pagani as I know Chartwell management have a habit of blaming Pagani saying it’s Pagani not our Mall music.I assure you this banging drums and screeching music has been played the whole time I have had a most delicious meal and exceptional customer service at Coffee club. It’s a shame that although customers would like to come to this Mall as shops and their staff go out of their way to make the shopping experience a happy time.Please senior Management over rule whoever is in charge of this ridiculous noise. Please sit in your office with music on full blast because this is what we have to listen to. I’ve been up in your tranquil beautiful office and there certainly isn’t this music in YOUR OFFICE.
