Hussey Paint & Panel

After a prang close to Christmas the team did their best to fit me in. They were very friendly and accommodating. They dealt with my insurer directly and there was no trouble getting a loaner car. They certainly delivered on quality work. Car looks amazing, shiny and clean too! Highly recommend.

Always great communication. Always reliable and their panel and paint jobs are second to non.

Customer service, what customer service? The office woman was so incredibly rude and micro manages the place. Runs around the place like G I Jane!!!! Never had to pay for a loan car at a panel beater’s or mechanic’s before. The insurance company excepted the claim on the 18 th February and Hussey were informed. I got a call around three in the afternoon on the 28th of February from Hussey, saying the work had been completed and I had four hundred dollars excess to pay. l re-rung the insurance company and put on hold for ages due to high demand. They had to re ring and confirm to Hussey the excess had been wavered. Makes me wonder if l hadn’t rung the insurance company, would they of made me pay the excess, probably . So now it’s getting on to five o’clock in the evening, the office woman came out with clip board in hand and asks why l hadn’t filled up the loan car? I offered to give her cash. l explained, l didn’t want to get there and them be closed as it was nearly five. She refused the cash and told me l had to go to the service station and fill up the loan car. Then when l got back from doing that, the Forman had gone home with my car keys in his tool box. So l had to wait for him to drive back to Hussey!s with my keys. Then one of her co workers says, “looks like we’re going to getting out of here late tonight”. Then jokingly goes back n to says , “it’s hard to get good staff these days”.Really!!!! The moral of the story is, well you tell me? Think it’s pretty much self explanatory. They are so money oriented, to the extent, stuff the service and the customer. I was treated like l was in the wrong by this patronising woman The place is all smoke and mirrors if you ask me. Never ever again.

I selected Hussey's via my insurance. Katie's communication and the delivery on my expectations was spectacular, especially leading upto Christmas. Repair looks great too. Stress-free!

Really great service by Hussey panel. Nice and friendly staff mainly Rob and Dale very great service given by them. Spray painting done very well looks like new car after got demolished by thieves. I recommend use Hussey !!!Really happy with the outcome ...

After a council sign managed to blow over and bounce across my parked, 1 year old MG, scratching bonnet, lights and side panel, I needed help. Hussey Paint & Panel were really friendly, efficient and I now have my car back looking like new. So easy and stress free. Thanks Terri for your support.

They had my campervan for two weeks and did no work on it. They had their excuses saying they were understaffed etc but they never called to explain. I went round after two weeks and my van was parked outside no work done. Even more amazing was the attitude when I asked for my van back, like I was in the wrong. Amazing, in a bad way. So no recommendations, slack and rude.

Rob, Katie and the team at Husseys did a great job of repairing my CRV after a moderate car crash. Their communication was great as was the repair work. Thanks guys.

Highly recommend! I had an 'oopsie' that resulted in a new front bumper for my vehicle. They kept me up to date on when the parts would arrive and because they knew I needed my vehicle for the weekend they pulled out all the stops to have it ready (and washed!) for me in time for the weekend. Fantastic customer service and repair work, and my car looks great with its new nose job! Thanks so much.
