Nice efficient service. Was surprised that the proprietor went above and beyond all my expectations by offering to install the part. Made it so easy.Really impressive and even more so compared to A1 Auto parts. Recent experience taught me once was enough.Rude arrogant and volatile when I asked him to put a mask on.No business skills and will soon find himself knee deep in trouble very soon.

Had a side mirror sent to me, ended up being broken around the area that mounts to vechicle.When purchased over the phone man said it was Iin good shape , apart from lens which I wasn't worried about.

Sold my car a few months ago to them for a good price, they removed it from my house for me whole process took an hour.Cut to 3 months later when i realise I left a suit case with some important hard where in it, called them just in case as one item can only be bought from England, and what do you know he kept the items and was even willing to give them all back to me at no added charge. I was very lucky and this just shows the good business practices that this firm uses.

Reasonably helpful chap. Needed to fix passenger side wiper as thread had worn and was no longer working. Took around 5 mins to repair and fit for $15. I perhaps should have bartered as the work didn't represent good value for the cost.

I rang needing a part. The lady I spoke to said they didn't have what I needed, that she would source the part from Dunedin or Christchurch etc and would call me back. Still waiting to hear from her...... 3 weeks and counting

Called to get a price on selling a car, was told they'd look into whether they could pick up from Queenstown, no problem. Call back the next few days, someone different on the phone, eventually tell her I could bring the car down myself to save them the hassel. Was told not to bother, they're not interested. Cheers for the time wasting.
