Winger Subaru Hamilton

Don’t ask P. for support. Was aware that i came along with a half dodgy question but intended to get the parts of them(read out the obd error myself, with my own tools but would get the same code as these guys would). Also told that i would take the risk that it would be on me if wouldn’t work out. But all i got was “ah the same old chestnut story aye” etc.Guys i just don’t have the time to drive a long way and explain you what the problem is and ask you for a read out of the system like i did the last time. Where your results were “nah, there is no error” and charged me 40$ for it. Just showed that you didn’t took care of what i’ve told you to get the engine error. So logical next step from my side was to come up with the error code myself. And again no help.Looks like you guys don’t want so sell parts....Disappointing

The most expensive car service.$417 the car had only done 4000kms. They charge you $10 for petrol for the courtesy car. I used about $5 worth. I came over from Rotorua and they gave me a time of 8am to be there. You would think they would take into account my travel time from Rotorua.There customer service is terrible. Very money orientated. I wont be going back.

Took my outback in for a service. Was charged $400 for this, which detailed wheels had been rotated. This was not done, as same more worn wheels were on back as before service was done. If you are going to charge for a job, at least do it as described in your invoice. Hopefully you have actually put new oil in as also described?

A very friendly greeting followed by a Great person asking about my car on it's first service, we where then shown a fantastic waiting area for a top class coffee. The time we where told it would take was very close to spot on, the whole experience was great , good job Winger and all that work there.

Took the car in for a simple recall, they broke the speedo and initially blamed it on us, no communication for 2 months, finally picked up car and the temperature gauge wasn't working. Took it back and 2 weeks later go to collect it to find it has a flat battery and scratches. No offer of a replacement battery, no apology, nothing. We drove the car home after a jump start and now the battery is completely dead. Useless. Would not recommend these guys, a bunch of time wasting muppets.

After 13 days and over 5 phone calls to our local dealer getting the it will be here tomorrow" day after day only to find out we had to wait another 2 weeks for an item that was suppose to be on the way and in stock . I rang Michael hill in parts at Winger Hamilton and have the parts on the way with a tracking number within 20 minutes of ringing him look forward to dealing with them again !!"

You charge tooo much m8 $417 for a service bugga off, bloody rip

Just got my MG EV fixed under warranty. Great friendly service. I got dropped home and picked up when the job was done. Felt like a VIP!

I DO NOT recommend using this company.I took my car to them for a service and to diagnose a grinding and clicking sound.They did not diagnose the problem and gave me a quote twice as high as any other garage to replace a CV boot.They also have no idea what including and excluding gst means when quoting. Trying to talk to anyone that actually did work on the car is also a struggle. Everything seems to be second hand information that noone truly understands. The people I dealt with were very 'smug' too.

Dodgy, Particularly that Hadley guy. Removed me from a legacy owners group for not wanting to take my car to winger Subaru for a service based on the dodgy things I've heard about them. Ironically what Hadley did just reinforces the idea that winger is dodgy. Irony.
