A+++ highly recommend. I booked Kubat for the first time after getting shocking service from others & just like the latest reviewer, I can definitely see why they have the Gold Star rating! They're by far the best taxi service I've used- Steve earned a tip for going above & beyond when I needed a quick return. Very professional, helpful, punctual & friendly service- will only be calling them from now on. Keep up the great work & see you soon :)

I called up last minute, requesting an early morning pick up on a saturday from tauranga to rotorua Airport.They went over and beyond and made it happen and got me there in time.Thank you to all your team, the service was excellent!Appreciate it. Highly recommend

Called taxi, they said taxi will be there in 30 min. Then taxi driver called me to ask where i am going and said to school ( it’s not fair) he said he will be in 10 min. Then I received another call from woman to say taxi will be after 3pm with is another hour.I can only say very bad service!!!Won’t be using them again!!!

I called at 5:05 for a taxi to get to work asap … 20 minz went by I called again asked where my taxi was they said it hasn’t been dispatched yet they said they would put me on high priority it’s now 5:45 I’m still waiting for my taxi just called again still no driver dispatched I was meant to start at 5 I was late cuz my friend slept in and lives in Katikati will not use this taxi company again

I am really impressed with the service that Kubat Taxis offer. I urgently needed an item picked up from a depot and delivered to a client today. They were more than happy to do that for me, said that my client would have the item before 1pm today and sure enough at 12.50pm I received a call from the company to say that they were with my client. I would definitely use you again. Thank you for going out of your way and helping me at this busy time of year.

Excellent service Ashley waited for our airport pickup despite our flight being delayed for nearly an hour.Very pleasant driver. Would recommend.
